How do I become entitled to claim a Superdrug Feels Like Summer Treat?
With each £5 you spend, between 22nd June to 4th August 2009, you will be issued with a scratch card. Scratch to reveal your unique code then:
• Go on line at www.superdrug.com/treat
• Key in your unique code to reveal which treat you have been awarded.
• Enter your personal details and answer a few questions.
• Print your personalised voucher.
• Search for a venue or participating partner that you want to enjoy.
• Enjoy your treat!
There are a variety of different treats available. Take a look at the Treats MENU tab for full details. The great news is that all scratch cards contain a treat and the treats are allocated randomly.
Where can I get a scratch card?
At any Superdrug store and if you spend £5 on line we will also send you a scratch card in the product dispatch.
What do I have to spend in order to get a scratch card?
Spend just £5 either in store or on line.

How do I use my £50 travel voucher and where can I go?
You may choose your holiday from Airtours, Thomson, First Choice, Cosmos, Virgin Holidays, Kuoni, Thomas Cook, Club Med, Cresta, Panorama or NCL Travel. This effectively offers you an amazing choice of holidays, anywhere in the world.
Once you have printed off a holiday voucher it explains in details how to claim your £50 discount so why not have a go now if that’s your scratch card treat.
How do I claim my £50 holiday discount and book my holiday?
Once you have created and printed off your £50 holiday voucher it will contain a random, unique code (URC) which you then simply use at the travel website. Go to www.freshtravel.co.uk in order to attain your discount.
The website also enables you to:
- look up a foreign package holiday,
- search availability,
- look up different types of breaks and holidays be they beach or city breaks,
- check out different destinations.
PLUS there’s an offer of the week, a section where you can create your own trip and even Honeymoon Specials. Excellent! So, create and print off your voucher, then go and have a play at the website and see where you land!
Where are the Haven Holiday Parks situated?
Go to www.haven.com/superdrug for loads of detail about the Parks, Park locations and facilities on offer.
Where are my Adrenalin and Sporting treats available from and where do I find the participating venues/partners?
There are hundreds of participating Adrenalin and Sports venues and facilities across the UK.
Once you have created you voucher we give you access to a post code locator service which will create for you a list of the closest participating venues and facilities within 15 miles of the post code you enter. You can then browse and choose where you want to go and details of the venue chosen will be printed on your voucher. Easy!
At which hotels can I use my 241 accommodation voucher?
Go to www.hotelrez.co.uk and click on the Superdrug icon to see a list if participating hotels. You CANNOT book on line, but once you have printed off your voucher we will provide you with a reservation and booking number to call.
Which restaurants are participating in the promotion?
There are a large selection of both independent restaurants and well known brands across the nation.
These include: Yates, Bar 38, Henry’s, Zizzi, The Living Room and many more.

Which destinations can I choose from when I use my Worldwide Accommodation Treats voucher?
Choose to travel to Australia, Thailand, Dominican Republic, Spain, Malaysia, Greece, Indonesia, Cyprus, Maldives, Barbados, Germany, St Lucia, Italy and Portugal. WOW!
Tell me about the free return flight to Europe Treat.
You can fly to Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam, Venice, Rome, Milan, Madrid, Budapest or Berlin.
Departures are available from Manchester, Gatwick, Heathrow, Luton, Stansted, East Midlands, Liverpool and Glasgow. , Dublin and/or Belfast. Regional departures may also be available at an additional supplement. Please be aware that not all departures are direct.
The departure airport will depend on the destination chosen, the time of travel and airline used. All flights must be booked through freshtravel Ltd ATOL 9418. The airline used will be at the discretion of freshtravel Ltd.
Airport taxes, surcharges, supplements, hold baggage, carriage of sports equipment, airport check-in, extra leg room fees, visa fees and insurance (if required) are excluded and,
where applicable, are payable on confirmation (per person/passenger). This offer doesn’t include transfers, meals, drinks or any other extras.
A second passenger may travel with the voucher holder at the standard airfare that applies at the time of booking. Again airport taxes and any applicable supplements (as above) must be paid by the accompanying passenger.
Persons under 18 may be required to attain consent from a parent or adult prior to booking. Flights cannot be taken during the Christmas & New Year period from 16th December 2009 to 6th January 2010, Valentines, Special Event and Bank Holiday periods. All flights and bookings are subject to availability.
Once you have created and printed off your European Treat Flight voucher you will need to send in to us a Flight Request Application stating when you want to go and where you want to go. It’s really easy, just complete all the details IN FULL on the request form which you print out. You must allow 45 days advance notice of travel.
No cancellations or amendments are possible after confirmation of your booking.
Can I print off more than one voucher per scratch card code?
No. Each scratch card has its own unique code which is linked to a treat. For more treats simply spend £5 or more between 22nd June to 4th August 2009 in store or on-line and you’ll receive another card – with another guaranteed treat!
Once I’ve created and printed off my voucher and chosen where I want to redeem my treat what do I do?
It depends on the treat.
For the £50 travel vouchers, you need to visit the www.freshtravel.co.uk website.
For Dining, Sports and Adrenalin treats you contact your chosen participating venue direct to make an advance booking. We provide venue contact and address details on your voucher and in the listings that come up from your post code search request.
For Haven and HotelRez accommodation offers you call the reservation and booking lines advertised, email them and / or visit the websites given.
For the European Flight Treat you need to fill in your Flight Request Application and send it in to the address given. You will be called back within 21 days of receipt of your travel request form in order to facilitate your booking.
For the Worldwide Accommodation Treat you need to fill in your Booking Request Form and send it in to the address given. You will be called back within 21 days of receipt of your Booking Request Form in order to facilitate your booking.
REMEMBER to take BOTH your scratch card and your voucher with you to your chosen venue OR to send it in with your holiday / travel booking request. Your scratch cards and vouchers will then be retained.

When do I have to take my treat by?
Treats must be taken by 1st June 2010 with the exception of Haven Holidays Treats which must be taken by 31/10/2009.
Are the treats subject to availability?
Yes, all treats are subject to availability and terms and conditions apply.
Are there any restrictions?
Each treat has its own terms and conditions which will be printed off for you when you create your voucher.
Here are just some of the main restrictions for some of the treats.
- Most treats only allow you to use one voucher per booking, per person and per venue or provider.
- Some participating venues require children to be supervised by an adult(s)/guardian aged over 18 years.
- The lead name on a holiday booking must be aged over 18.
- Most treats require you to make an advance booking.
- You must take your treat voucher and your scratch card with you when you claim your treat and present it for submission, (unless the treat voucher tells you to do otherwise).
- Treats cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.
How do I get entered in to the prize draw so that I have a chance to win a holiday worth £2,000?
To claim your treat we’ll need to create a personalised voucher for you and that requires you to give us some personal details. When you do we’ll enter you in to a prize draw to win one of four family holidays, each worth £2,000.
Four winners will each win a one week family holiday in Europe for up to four people (based on a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years of age). Each Winner will be able to choose their preferred destination, mode of transport and standard of accommodation for their holiday up to a value of £2,000.
Each winner is responsible for food, beverages, spending money and all other ancillary items where these are not included. If the winners’ choice of holiday is worth more than £2,000, winners we be required to pay the difference at the time of booking. If the winners’ choice of holiday is worth less than £2,000, no refund of the difference will be offered.
All holiday prizes must be booked through freshtravel Ltd. All prizes are subject to availability and must be booked and taken by 9th September 2010.
The prize draw closes at 5.30pm on 3 September 2009 and each winner will be selected at random from all of the eligible entries on 4 September 2009 under the supervision of an independent observer. On 9 September 2009 the winners will be notified. The Winners must claim their prize within seven working days of being notified. The judges decision is final and no correspondence shall be entered in to.
NOTE: After this date you will still be able to claim your treat and to print off your voucher, but you will NOT be entered in to the prize draw.
Entries made through agents, third parties, organised groups or any entry duplication method will not be accepted.
Winners may be requested to take part in promotional and media activity. Superdrug reserves the right to publish the name and town of the winners together with statements made by the winner and/or the winners’ likeness in print and on the Superdrug website and by entering the prize draw all entrants agree to be bound by these rules.
